Meet Our Owner and Founder, Dr. Cody Mihills
Hello, my name is Dr. Cody Mihills. I have had the privilege of practicing primary care in Tarrant County since I left my medical residency in 2004.
I graduated from Texas A&M University and then received my MD degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. I completed my Family Medicine residency at McLennan County Family Medicine residency program, which is a teaching affiliate of UT Southwestern in Dallas. I served as chief resident in my final year.

Nicole Bray P.A.
Meet our new Physician Assistant Nicole Bray. Nicole has been a practicing PA-C in the North Texas region since 2006. She attended Texas Christian University (GO FROGS!) and graduated in 2003 with a Bachelors of Science in Biology. She then attended Barry University in Miami, Florida graduating with a Masters of Clinical Medical Science, Physician Assistant Studies Degree in 2005. She has been practicing for the last 17+ years in family medicine, urgent care, and emergency medicine, with the last 10 years exclusively in Family Medicine.
When not seeing patients in the clinic she enjoys spending time with her husband and two teenage boys. They enjoy cooking, traveling and hiking as a family.
Matt Boutte P.A.
Matt has been a practicing PA for 15 years, and has spent the majority of his professional practice in emergency medicine where he saw the end stages of many chronic diseases. He realized that he wanted to work on the preventative side of medicine by helping people lose weight to improve overall health and longevity. Having been obese himself, he inherently understands the difficulty with sustainable weight loss. Matt not only enjoys practicing obesity medicine, but has a passion for healthy eating himself, and loves helping others learn how to also eat healthy no matter their limitations.”
Patricia Ezzard N.P
Patricia Ezzard is a Family Nurse Practitioner. Patricia graduated from Long Island University in New York. She has 15 years of health care experience. Patricia is passionate about supporting her patients on their weight loss journey to improve their overall health and well being.
My goal is to help and support my patients on their weight loss journey by improving their overall health and well-being. I love helping patients make positive choices related to their overall health.
Glenda Maley V.P Operations
Since 2008, I've had the pleasure of working alongside DR. Cody Mihills. I started as a medical assistant and worked my way up, growing professionally under his mentorship. I'm married, with four grown children and five wonderful grandkids. In My free time, I love to travel and explore new places.
